Refund

Three requirements for refunding or exchanging items:

  1. Items must be received within 60 days from the shipping date;
  2. Items must be received unused (e.g without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition;
  3. Tights, socks, jewelry, swimsuits, sunglasses, accessories and all sale items are not able to be returned or exchanged;

 

How To Refund

  • Please complete the enclosed returns form, and send with your item to 20/F, Unit 3, Midas Plaza, 1 Tai Yau St., San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
  • If you are unable to locate your returns form, please enclose your order number and name inside the returns package. 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 working days. ALL of the refunds are process through Paypal.
Return Shipping Fee
In general, you are responsible for the return shipping fee, unless there was an error on Shalex's part (such as incorrect item, size, or color), we will take care of the return shipping fee, or provide you with an alternative solution. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please remember to ask your Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.
Exchanges 
We accept exchange. If you need to exchange for the higher price item, you will need to pay the difference. If you exchange the lower price item, we would not refund the difference to you .You are responsible for all of the exchange shipping fee.
